The WBKL-Europe and WBKL-Africa is a part of the Shorin Kokusai Kenpo Renmei and is the authorized and only representative of the WBKL-JKF Japan in Europe and Africa.

The WBKL-Europe and the WBK-Africa sees itself as a friendly association.

The goal of the WBKL-Europe and WBKL-Africa is it to promote a brotherhood of martial artists of Kempô and Karate in the true spirit of the combat arts. In order to further our goals we do not believe in exploiting our members by charging over-elevated fees or having exaggerated association policies and political bureaucracy. Our fees are kept to a minimum to cover admin costs for certification, etc.

Each of the WBKL-Europe and WBKL-Africa members obliged to NOTHING, as for honest cooperation within the Community and thus forming each Member as an honorable representative of the Shorin Kokusai Kenpo Renmei.

The Membership is free of charge. Outside of Japan may only use the WBKL-Europe and WBKL-Africa and its members the logo and initials of the WBKL Japan.

All persons, dojos and groups that are not labeled on the sides of the WBKL or by the Branch Chiefs of WBKL are not recognized in Japan.
